We moved from Jonben WV to Whitesville WV Raleigh County side all bill paid and change of address and phone number and still no water at our new home in Whitesville WV all was paid and transfered November 7th 2016 Monday and they told my husband we have water Wednesday and now they say a few more days
We had a water leak and our bill was $460.00. Someone had stolen checks from us and drained the bank account. PSD cut the water off. We offered to pay $300.00 to have the water turned on, and pay the rest when the account was replenished (about a week) and PSD WOULD NOT TURN OUT WATER ON! Our water bill is ALWAYS paid on time and in full! How horrible is that! This is a 68 yr old man! REALLY!?!?!
I think it is an outright shame the way that you run your company. I have been calling for hours and have left a couple of messages. I have yet to hear back from anyone! I live @ Edwards Crossing apts & we are with out water! when I call the provided number, you ask for anyone that is having a "true" emergency, to leave a message, yet you don't call back, nor do you provide an emergency number for your customers. Beckley Water Company has it together & knows how to treat their customers! I will be sure to find out who I need to contact, in order to report your company, for total disregard to your customers.
Your company is a disgrace at best..How do you look at yourself in the mirror each day knowing the misery that you are committing because of your total lack of EMPATHY ??? We have been without water since friday and all we get is excuses of breaks in pipes and sorry.... How about putting some of your profits back into Maintenance of the system???? I feel the best course of action is ESCROW of profits until some resolve... Thats the only way to get your attention.....
U took over gdthpsd and my bill doubled I was told how horrible this man is and basically STEALS people's money I see now it's all true and nothing the public can do we have to have water as if things in this state isn't bad enough let god sort em out
